Yin and massage blended together in one class offers a more effective myofascial release, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body (fascia, joints, tendons, ligaments). Relaxation and release is deepened in the body with massage and other hands on adjustments applied throughout the 2 hour invigorating yin yoga (traditional style) class, all while students hold yin postures in stillness and for time.
Space is limited to 10 class participants. Dress comfortably, and somewhat accessible for massage. We want to ensure you get the most out of your experience.
