A yin yoga class designed for optimizing hip health and working the hips with yin yoga postures into six degrees of freedom; external rotation, abduction, flexion, adduction, extension, and internal rotation. Class focus is on releasing tension around the joint, your hip socket, increasing awareness to maintain a healthy range of motion and movement in the hips as we age.
Breath work, relaxation and mindfulness techniques incorporated to help tension release, a focused practice to bring more awareness to your hips health and mobility.
